KNOTTIE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. General provisions

  1. The online store, available at ul. Długa 75/7, 63-100 Śrem, is run by Aleksandra Zofia Gościniak, who runs a business under the name Aleksandra Gościniak Studio Tatuażu DZIABOLE NIP 7851811877 REGON 389908117
  2. These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, deliveries, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
  3. The buyer is obliged to read the regulations before placing an order.

§2. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.knottie.pl
  2. Each order is confirmed by e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer.
  3. The order will be processed after the payment has been received.

§3. Payments

  1. The store offers the following payment methods via Shopify Payments
  2. If you choose a traditional transfer, the customer has 3 business days to make the payment.

§4. Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered via InPost parcel lockers.
  2. Order processing time is usually 3-5 business days, plus delivery time.
  3. Delivery costs are visible when placing your order.

§5. Complaints and liability

  1. All products offered in the store are new and handmade.
  2. In the event of product defects or non-compliance with the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
  3. Complaints can be submitted by email to: knottie.candles@gmail.com, providing the order number, description of the problem and photos of the product.
  4. Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days.

§6. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

  1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an appropriate declaration to the following e-mail address: knottie.candles@gmail.com
  3. The returned product must not be used (the candle cannot be lit) and must be returned in undamaged condition.
  4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
  5. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

§7. Personal data

  2. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment – without giving any reason.
  3. To return an item, please send an email to knottie.candles@gmail.com with your order number and your return request.
  4. The returned product must not be used (the candle cannot be lit), must be complete and packed in its original packaging.
  5. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
  6. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. COMPLAINTS
  7. If your candle arrived damaged or is different from what you ordered, please contact us: knottie.candles@gmail.com.
  8. Attach photos of the product and your order number – we will consider your complaint within 14 days.
  9. If the complaint is accepted, we will offer you a new product or a refund.
